This Privacy Policy explains how Crisp Technologies LLC (“GoalSight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit goalsight.app, join our waitlist, use the GoalSight iOS app, or use GoalSight hardware products (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Contact information — such as your email address when you join the waitlist or contact us.
• Account and profile information — if you create an account in the app (for example, a display name or player names you enter for party games).
• Session and training data — such as pitches, hits, zones, scores, streaks, game mode, and similar practice metrics generated while you use the app with GoalSight targets.
• Device and technical data — such as device type, OS version, app version, Bluetooth connection status with GoalSight hardware, crash logs, and diagnostic information.
• Website usage data — standard server and analytics logs (for example, pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, and browser type) when you visit our website.

GoalSight targets detect impacts and communicate with the app over Bluetooth. Impact sensing and session scoring are processed to provide the product experience. We do not need a camera for the pitching module.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• Run training sessions, games, scores, and related features;
• Send waitlist, product, and support communications you request;
• Diagnose bugs, secure the Services, and prevent abuse;
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use children’s training data for advertising.

3. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us host, analyze, email, or support the Services, under obligations to protect the data;
• Apple and platform partners as needed to distribute the app or process purchases;
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
• A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy’s protections.

4. Children’s privacy

GoalSight is designed for youth athletes and families. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by children. If you believe we collected personal information from a child under 13 (or the applicable age in your region) without proper consent, contact us and we will delete it where required.

Where the app stores player names or session results on device, that information remains under the control of the device owner unless you choose features that sync data to our servers (if/when offered).

5. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, or security requirements. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask to be removed or we close the list. On-device session history may remain on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong device passcodes and keep your software updated.

7. Your choices

• Request removal from the waitlist by emailing us.
• Delete the app to remove local app data from your device.
• Disable Bluetooth or disconnect targets when you do not want the app to receive impact events.
• Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you.

8. International users

We are based in the United States. If you use the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other locations where we or our providers operate.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
